SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

Standard shipping rates apply at checkout for all NZ orders.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

Standard international shipping rates apply at checkout for all Australian orders.

DISPATCH TIMES

All orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday from Auckland. Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are typically dispatched same day.

We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

NZ DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• North Island: 1 to 3 business days
• South Island: 1 to 3 business days
  

AUSTRALIA DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• 2 to 5 business days depending on your location

DELAYS

We do our best to get every order out fast, but delays can occasionally occur due to courier volumes or rural locations. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll sort it out.
